PIKUL PLUS offers a one-day trial service to check the quality of work and to meet the assigned staff, before signing a regular contract.
If you are interested in housekeeping service but have never used it before, or if you are worried because you do not know what kind of person will come, please try our one-day trial. Once you have tried the service, you will be able to understand the flow of the service and resolve any concerns before signing the regular contract.
After the one-day trial, a contract will be made upon mutual agreement between the customer and the staff. Even if an agreement is not reached, it is possible to try again with another staff member.
*The one-day trial is designed to match both parties before signing a regular contract, and is not a spot (one-time) plan.
Flow
Visit and introduction
A coordinator and a housekeeper will visit you.
Customer interview(about 1 hour)
We will ask you about details of the work to be done, what to pay attention to, and where not to touch, etc.
Playing with your child(about 1 hour)
We will play together in the room, watch your child doing his/her homework.
Most of our staff members are fluent in English, so we recommend this as part of your child's education.
Cleaning(about 1 hour)
From vacuuming to window cleaning, we will carefully clean and keep your room clean. It is also possible to concentrate on cleaning requested areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.
Grocery shopping(about 1 hour)
We can also do grocery shopping for you.
We can do this when you are at home, and when you are not at home, if you leave the key with us.
After the trial, if you are satisfied with our service, a regular contract will be made.
