We can handle basically anything, from daily cleaning and grocery shopping to childsitting, which can be part of the child's English education. However, please note that we don't offer the services listed below.

Basically, our service covers Minato-ku, Shibuya-ku, Meguro-ku, Chuo-ku, Shinjuku-ku, and Setagaya-ku in Tokyo.

At PIKUL+, we first offer a one-day trial service before signing a regular contract.

If you do not sign a contract on that day, we will introduce you to another staff member.

Only after you are satisfied with the staff member's service will a contract be signed.

If you wish to change the staff member who has already been assigned to you, we will do so after consultation.

On the first visit, a Japanese counselor will accompany the staff member and hear your needs in detail.

If there is anything that the staff member does not understand, the counselor will offer support, so please let us know.

We are sorry, but this service is only available on the basis of a regular service contract.

Please consult with us for flexible hours and other details.

We have a minimum contract of one month.

Most of our staff members are Filipinos and other foreign nationals.

You can change the schedule if you contact us by 6:00 p.m.

on the business day before the date of use.

However, if you contact us after this time or cancel without notifying us, you will be fully charged.

We can visit you even when you are at work and not at home.

However, the first trial service can only be used when you are at home.

We may not be able to do so, but please consult us first.
